As part of the signup process for the NeGP-A Project application, farmers will be required to accept the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with registration:
Acceptance of Terms: By registering on the app, the farmer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of the application and its services.
Eligibility: The app is intended for farmers engaged in horticulture and agriculture. The user must provide accurate and verifiable information during registration.
Use of the Application: The app provides information and resources to support farmers but does not guarantee specific outcomes related to market access, pricing, or buyer commitments.
Data Privacy & Consent: The farmer consents to the collection, storage, and processing of personal and farm-related information as per the app?s Privacy Policy. The app will take reasonable steps to protect user data but is not liable for any unauthorized access or data breaches.
Limitation of Liability: The app acts as a facilitator and does not assume liability for any financial transactions, agreements, or disputes arising between farmers and buyers, suppliers, or third parties.
Amendments: The terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the use of the application will be governed by the applicable laws and resolved in the Chandigarh jurisdiction.
Effective Date: These terms and conditions are effective as of 2023-07-05
